SEPANG, Nov 10 (Bernama) -- Gears are in motion for the Transport Expo Asia (TXA) 2025 and Road Safety Congress (RSC) 2025, which will be held at the Sama-Sama Hotel here starting tomorrow, marking one of the region’s most comprehensive showcases of future mobility and sustainable transport solutions.
Transport Ministry (MOT) secretary-general Datuk Seri M. Jana Santhiran was on-site today to survey final preparations ahead of the three-day event, ensuring everything is in place for the expected influx of delegates, exhibitors and industry leaders from across Asia and beyond.
Also present were MOT deputy secretary-general (Policy) Datuk Normah Osman and Alpine Integrated Solution Sdn Bhd managing director Anita Jacobson.
Hosted by MOT and organised by Alpine Integrated Solution in collaboration with key industry partners, TXA 2025 will gather over 100 companies from Malaysia, Indonesia, China, Hong Kong, Germany, Poland, the United States and Singapore, reinforcing Malaysia’s growing role as a regional mobility hub.
The ministry, in a statement today, said the event, themed “Future on the Move: Digital, Sustainable Transport, Agile Logistics & ESG-Driven Supply Chains”, is expected to attract 3,000 trade visitors, 1,000 conference delegates and 230 international VIPs.
MOT added that the expo will highlight innovations in green mobility such as electrification, smart automation and low-carbon transport technologies, reflecting Malaysia’s commitment to sustainable and low-emission transport systems.
Among the major participants are ANSA Digital Sdn Bhd, Batik Air, CRRC Corporation Limited, Malaysia Rail Link Sdn Bhd, Gamuda Bhd, Grab Malaysia, Mass Rapid Transit Corporation Sdn Bhd, Malaysian Resources Corporation Bhd, MMC Port Holdings Sdn Bhd, Railway Assets Corporation, Sunway Group, Technology Depository Agency Bhd (TDA) and YTL Corporation Bhd, each bringing expertise across rail infrastructure, urban mobility and logistics innovation.
The Road Safety Congress (RSC) 2025, to be held alongside the expo, will feature discussions on road safety technologies, behavioural change strategies and policy initiatives to improve commuter safety.
