Sultan Nazrin Presents Instrument Of Appointment To MAIPK President

IPOH, Dec 18 (Bernama) -- The Sultan of Perak, Sultan Nazrin Shah, today presented the instrument of appointment to Tan Sri Mohd Annuar Zaini as Perak Islamic Religious and Malay Customs Council (MAIPk) president for the 2026-2027 term.

His Royal Highness also presented the instrument of appointment to members of the MAIPk, state syariah court judges and the State Mosque Consultative Council.

 Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Saarani Mohamad was the first to receive the instrument of appointment, as Perak State Islamic Religious Committee chairman, followed by Mohd Annuar, State Secretary Datuk Ahmad Suadi Abdul Rahim, State Legal Advisor Datuk Azmir Shah Zainal Abidin, State Financial Officer Datuk Mohd Zaki Mahyudin, State Syariah Chief Judge Datuk Ab Rahman Thobroni Mohd Mansor and the Director of the Perak Islamic Religious Department, Datuk Harith Fadzilah Abdul Halim.

Sultan Nazrin also presented the instruments of appointment to Tan Sri Zulkefli Ahmad Makinuddin and Tan Sri Balia Yusof Wahi, who have been appointed as judges of the Mahkamah Utama Syariah Negeri Perak.

Others presented with the instruments of appointment included 55 members of the Perak State Mosque Consultative Council.
