Binastra Unit Bags RM503 Mln Kuala Lumpur Data Centre Contract

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 4 (Bernama) -- Binastra Corporation Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Binastra Builders Sdn Bhd, has secured a RM503 million contract from Exsim Sri Permai Sdn Bhd for a proposed data centre development in Jalan Sri Permaisuri, Kuala Lumpur.

In a Bursa Malaysia filing today, the property company said the contract covers the design, construction, completion, testing and commissioning, as well as maintenance and guarantee on a turnkey basis for foundation, sub-structure, main building and infrastructure works for the proposed development.

The contract commences Feb 19, 2026 and is expected to be completed within 20 months.

It is also expected to provide an additional income stream for the group over the next two financial years.
