LOA For LTU Package 3B, 3C Road Repairs To Be Issued On March 3 - Nanta

KOTA BHARU, Feb 27 (Bernama) -- The letter of acceptance (LOA) for repair works on damaged roads in the Central Spine Road (LTU) project Packages 3B and 3C in Gua Musang will be issued on March 3, said Works Minister Datuk Seri Alexander Nanta Linggi.

“One of the issues I raised at today’s roundtable was the damaged roads and congestion on LTU Packages 3B and 3C in Gua Musang.

“I take this issue very seriously and have visited the site myself to see firsthand the situation,” he said in a statement on his official Facebook page today.

He said repairs will begin immediately once the LOA is issued and are expected to be completed within a week.

“The ministry stresses that road safety is a top priority, and efforts are being fast-tracked to ensure the route is safe, smooth, and fully usable ahead of the Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebrations,” he said.

Nanta said his ministry will closely monitor the work to ensure it meets specifications and deadlines, warning that delays or non-compliance will not be tolerated.

The road conditions drew attention after Galas state assemblyman, Datuk Mohd Syahbuddin Hashim, voiced public frustration in a Facebook post on Feb 20.
