KUANTAN, March 7 (Bernama) -- The Sultan of Pahang, Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah, and Tengku Ampuan Pahang, Tunku Azizah Aminah Maimunah Iskandariah, urged Muslims to make the Quran their guiding principle in nurturing knowledge, integrity, and good character in all aspects of life.

Their Royal Highnesses also expressed hope that the noble values of the Quran, such as justice, compassion, honesty, and moderation, will continue to be practised in society to foster unity, harmony, and the well-being of the state and nation.

“The Nuzul Al-Quran marks a key moment in Islamic history, when the first revelation was sent to the Prophet Muhammad SAW as guidance and a blessing for all humanity,” according to a post on Kesultanan Pahang’s official Facebook page.

Their Royal Highnesses also wished all Muslims in Pahang and Malaysia a blessed Nuzul Al-Quran.

The Sultan and Tengku Ampuan of Pahang also prayed that this year’s Nuzul Al-Quran celebrations inspire Muslims to strengthen their faith and increase their recitation, understanding, and appreciation of the Quran in daily life.
