STOCKHOLM, March 13 (Bernama-dpa) -- Harald V, the 89-year-old king of Norway, has resumed official duties after a hospital stay on the Spanish island of Tenerife, German Press Agency (dpa) reported.
Back in Norway, the monarch received several ambassadors for audiences on Thursday, among other engagements.
Harald fell ill with an infection in February while on holiday on the Canary Islands with Queen Sonja.
The king has repeatedly faced health problems in recent years and has undergone several operations. However, he has ruled out the possibility of abdicating.
