Kitacon Bags RM99.28 Mln Contract In Cyberjaya

KUALA LUMPUR, March 25 (Bernama) -- Construction company Kumpulan Kitacon Bhd (Kitacon) has secured a RM99.28 million construction project located in Cyberjaya, Selangor, from ParkCity Botanika Sdn Bhd.

In a Bursa Malaysia filing today, Kitacon said its wholly owned subsidiary, Kitacon Sdn Bhd, accepted the letter of award from ParkCity on March 24, 2026.

It said the contract is to construct 128 units of three-storey terrace houses, 19 units of strata terraced houses with covered parking spaces (strata parcels), one guardhouse unit, one electrical substation unit, and a facilities area.

“The contract shall commence on May 2, 2026 and is to be completed within 24 months from the commencement date,” it said.

Kitacon said the contract will not affect the group’s share capital or shareholding structure.

“The contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets per share of Kitacon for the financial years ending Dec 31, 2026 onwards until the expiry of the contract,” it added.
