JOHOR BAHRU, April 9 (Bernama) -- His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim, King of Malaysia, today conferred the Darjah Sultan Ibrahim Johor Yang Amat Disanjungi Pangkat Pertama Dato’ Sri Mulia Sultan Ibrahim Johor (SMIJ) on Her Royal Highness Che’ Puan Mahkota Khaleeda Johor.
According to a post on Sultan Ibrahim Sultan Iskandar’s Facebook page, the Pingat Jasa dan Lama Dalam Pekerjaan (PJP) was awarded to Tunku Panglima of Johor Tunku Abdul Rahman Sultan Ibrahim in conjunction with His Majesty’s official birthday celebration.
His Royal Highness Tunku Mahkota Ismail, the Regent of Johor, conferred the medals and honours during a ‘doa selamat’ and the investiture ceremony at Istana Besar here.
Meanwhile, the Darjah Sultan Ibrahim Johor Yang Amat Disanjungi Pangkat Kedua Dato’ Mulia Sultan Ibrahim Johor (DMIJ), which carries the title Datuk, was conferred on Johor Legal Adviser Datuk Abd Aziz Engan, Bukit Aman Special Branch director CP Datuk Ibrahim Darus, Bukit Aman Criminal Investigation Department director CP Datuk M Kumar and Johor police chief Datuk Ab Rahaman Arsad.
The Darjah Sultan Ibrahim Johor Yang Amat Disanjungi Pangkat Ketiga Setia Mulia Sultan Ibrahim Johor (SIJ) was conferred on Johor Military Force (ATSNJ) deputy commanding officer Major Ahmad Hamdan Libar and aide-de-camp to the Regent of Johor, Major Asrulfaizad Selamat.
A total of 100 recipients were awarded the Pingat Lama dan Baik Dalam Perkhidmatan (PLP), while 77 received the PJP, 157 individuals received the Pingat Sultan Ibrahim Pangkat Kedua and 39 received the Pingat Sultan Ibrahim Pangkat Ketiga.
