FBM KLCI Futures Higher In Early Trade

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 20 (Bernama) -- FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures were higher in the early session on Friday, tracking the underlying cash market.

At 9.40 am, the September 2024, October 2024 and December 2024 contracts rose 7.5 points to 1,671.5, 1,674.0, and 1,679.0, respectively, while March 2025 advanced 6.0 points to 1,663.5.

Turnover stood at 2,539 lots, with open interest at 47,965 contracts.

The FBM KLCI went up by 6.36 points to 1,672.01 after 40 minutes of trading.
