Takaful Ikhlas Launches GO Serve For Seamless Takaful Management

KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 16 (Bernama) -- MNRB Holdings Bhd's wholly owned subsidiary, Takaful Ikhlas General Bhd (Takaful Ikhlas) has launched GO Serve, an innovative integrated self-service customer portal to provide its customers with seamless and immediate access to view and manage their takaful certificates.

Its interim president and group chief executive officer, Datuk Rudy Rodzila Che Lamin said the platform provides round-the-clock accessibility, enabling users to handle tasks efficiently and not solely depend on the contact centre.

"By consolidating essential functions into one user-friendly portal, we are enhancing the overall customer experience and fostering greater independence in managing their financial protection.

“With tools like our artificial intelligence-powered chatbot, IVA Chatbot, we deliver reliable and instant support whenever it is needed, reflecting our commitment to enhancing the customer experience at every touchpoint," he said in a statement today.

After going live in October 2024, GO Serves and IVA Chatbot have received great user experience feedback, and accelerated self-service usage from 20 per cent to 50 per cent as at December 2024, he added.

GO Serve also enables customers to submit and track claims in real-time, offering complete transparency throughout the process. 

Takaful Ikhlas said customers gain full visibility into their claim status, from submission to resolution, ensuring clarity and peace of mind at every step.

"With GO Serve, customers can make payments directly on the platform, receive reminders, and stay on top of renewals to avoid missed deadlines or service interruptions," it said.
