FBM KLCI Futures End Higher

KUALA LUMPUR, March 14 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contract on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives ended higher today, tracking the gains in the underlying cash market.  

The contracts for March 2025, April 2025 and September 2025 rose 3.0 points each to 1,507.5, 1,509.5 and 1,499.0 respectively, while June 2025 added 4.0 points to 1,512.0.

Turnover edged up to 11,981 lots from 11,227 lots on Thursday, while open interest narrowed to 49,602 contracts from 50,510 previously.  

At 5 pm, the FBM KLCI rose 2.12 points, or 0.14 per cent, to 1,512.15 from yesterday’s close of 1,510.03.
