Central Spectrum, Colform Ink SPA For Pulau Indah Industrial Park Land

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 10 (Bernama) -- Central Spectrum (M) Sdn Bhd (CSSB) and Colform Sdn Bhd today signed a sale and purchase agreement (SPA) for the latter’s acquisition of 2.96 hectares of industrial land at Pulau Indah Industrial Park for RM25.2 million.

The signing, led by CSSB chief operating officer Amran Abdul Wahab and Colform managing director Kang Ket Hung, was witnessed by Selangor State Executive Councillor for Investment, Trade and Mobility Ng Sze Han and Menteri Besar Selangor (Incorporation) head of land and property division Mohd Zapi Abdullah.

The exchange took place in conjunction with the Selangor Investment and Industrial Park Expo (SPARK), held as part of the Selangor International Business Summit 2025 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.

Amran said the agreement marks a significant milestone for Pulau Indah Industrial Park.

“It strengthens investor confidence and demonstrates CSSB’s role in supporting sustainable economic growth and industrial development in Selangor,” he said.

Meanwhile, Kang said the location’s strategic advantages were key factors in Sabah-based Colform’s decision to invest in Selangor.

“These strengths make it the right choice for Colform’s expansion into West Malaysia, and we are confident this investment will deliver long-term value,” he said.
