FBM KLCI Futures Lower In Early Session

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 22 (Bernama) -- FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures were lower in early trade on Wednesday.

At 9.30 am, the October 2025 contract fell 7.0 points to 1,616.0, the November 2025 contract weakened 7.5 points to 1,615.0, the December 2025 contract declined 8.0 points to 1,613.5 and the March 2026 contract edged down 3.5 points to 1,599.0.

Turnover stood at 1,472 lots, with open interest at 41,400 contracts.

The benchmark FBM KLCI slid 1.65 points to 1,615.18 after 48 minutes of trading, compared with Tuesday’s close of 1,616.83.
