TSR Capital Clinches RM48 Mln Bukit Raja Contract From Sime Darby Property

KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 17 (Bernama) -- TSR Capital Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary, TSR Bina Sdn Bhd, has clinched a contract worth RM48 million from Sime Darby Property (Bukit Raja) Sdn Bhd for the construction and completion of main infrastructure and ancillary works at Bandar Bukit Raja Stage 3.

The scope of work includes road and drainage works, sewerage works, water reticulation works and other ancillary works, with completion expected by the second quarter of 2027, TSR Capital said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia today.

TSR Capital executive director Lim Dian Ping said the contract reflects the company’s commitment to excellence and its proven track record in executing large-scale infrastructure projects.

“This milestone reinforces our strategic position in the property and construction sector, and we are confident that our team’s expertise, combined with rigorous project management and safety standards, will ensure timely and successful delivery at Bandar Bukit Raja, ultimately contributing positively to the growth and long-term value of TSR Capital,” he said in a statement.
