KLCI Futures End Mostly Higher

KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 30 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives closed higher today, tracking the underlying cash market.

At the close, December 2025 and January 2026 contracts rose 3.0 points to 1,679.0 and 1,683.0, respectively. March 2026 and June 2026 contracts gained 4.0 points to 1,668.5 and 1,668.5, respectively. 

Turnover declined to 23,676 lots from 54,048 on Monday, while open interest dwindled to 59,528 contracts versus 90,130 contracts.

At 5 pm, the FBM KLCI rose 3.54 points to 1,684.53 from Monday’s close of 1,680.99.
