KUALA LUMPUR, July 4 (Bernama) -- OCBC Malaysia has been named as the best small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) bank by Alpha Southeast Asia and best commercial bank for SMEs by Finance Asia, the latter for a second consecutive year.
