The awards were presented by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim following his address at the Majlis Amanat Perdana Integriti Nasional (MAPIN) which marked the launch of National Integrity Month, observed every November.

She also expressed gratitude to previous leaders and MBPG staff for their role in fostering a strong culture of integrity.

Also present were Chief Secretary to the Government Tan Sri Shamsul Azri Abu Bakar, Public Service Department director-general Tan Sri Wan Ahmad Dahlan Abdul Aziz, Communications Ministry secretary-general Datuk Seri Mohamad Fauzi Md Isa and Bernama chief executive officer Datin Paduka Nur-ul Afida Kamaludin.
