KOTA KINABALU, Nov 29 (Bernama) -- Sabah Barisan Nasional (BN) Chairman Datuk Seri Bung Moktar Radin successfully defended the Lamag State Legislative Assembly (DUN) seat in the 17th Sabah State Election (PRN).
According to the Election Commission (SPR), Bung Moktar won with a majority of 153 votes in a six-cornered contest.
Lamag, which had 13,859 registered voters in this PRN, is one of the three DUNs within the Kinabatangan Parliamentary constituency.
In the 16th PRN, Bung Moktar won the Lamag seat, which was contested for the first time, with a majority of 661 votes.
