KTRW Get New Firepower With French Import Enzo Celestine

KOTA BHARU, Feb 4 (Bernama) -- Kelantan The Real Warriors (KTRW) have strengthened their attacking line-up by signing French import Enzo Celestine to face the remainder of the Super League season.

The club announced that Celestine has signed a contract with the team and is expected to make his debut in the Challenge Cup against Imigresen FC this Friday.

According to a statement from KTRW today, the 28-year-old will be paired with a local striker in the team's efforts to improve its position in the Super League table.

Celestine has extensive experience playing in Europe, having previously played for several clubs in France as well as playing in the Romanian Premier League with Arges Pitesti.

The 1.90-metre-tall player also has experience playing in Asia with several clubs in the Indonesian League, including Persipura Jayapura, Persibo Bojonegoro and Persikad Depok.

"He has shown consistency and sharpness in front of goal throughout his time playing in Indonesian League 2 and is expected to be the team's main striker," the statement said.

KTRW is currently in 10th place in the Super League after playing 16 matches, collecting 15 points with four wins, three draws and nine losses.
