MOSCOW, April 6 (Bernama-Sputnik/RIA Novosti) -- The visa waiver agreement between Russia and Saudi Arabia will enter into force in May, the Russian Foreign Ministry said on Monday, according to Sputnik/RIA Novosti.
"On May 11, 2026, the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on the mutual abolition of visa requirements for citizens of the Russian Federation and citizens of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will enter into force," the ministry said in a statement.
The agreement was signed in Riyadh on Dec 1, 2025, it added.
