TAMPIN, April 13 (Bernama) -- Police have received a report regarding a vandalism incident involving red paint being splashed on a house in Taman Desa Bakti, Gemas here early this morning.
Tampin district police chief Supt Amiruddien Sariman said the report was lodged by a man at 5.45 am after he noticed splashes of red paint in front of his house gate.
“If convicted, the individual involved may face imprisonment of not less than one year and not more than five years, or a fine, or both.
“The public is advised not to be involved in any unlicensed money lending activities or any illegal lending entities to avoid threats to personal safety and property,” he said in a statement today.
Members of the public with information on the incident are urged to assist in the investigation by contacting the investigating officer Insp Khairul Asyraf Supena at 014-2722529 or the Tampin District Police Headquarters operations room at 06-4431999, or any nearby police station.
