KUALA LUMPUR, June 21 (Bernama) — Rising Malaysian star Muhammad Hakim Danish Ramli delivered a masterclass performance at the Creditas Autodrom Brno today, clinching a spectacular Moto3 victory at the Grand Prix of Czechia 2026.

Representing the Aeon Credit-Mt Helmets-MSI team, Hakim Danish crossed the finish line with a clinical time of 33:34.26, outclassing a highly competitive field in a high-octane battle.

The Malaysian sensation was joined on the podium by Spain’s Brian Uriarte of Red Bull KTM Ajo who took second place while fellow Spaniard Maximo Quiles of the CFMOTO Gaviota Aspar Team rounded out the top three.

However, the road to the top step of the podium was anything but smooth for the Terengganu-born rider after official update by ZKRacing earlier stated that the Terengganu-born was forced to start the race from a challenging 14th position on the grid.

It was learnt that the setback came after he was slapped with a "Slow Sector" penalty during the qualifying session.

Today’s victory also marks the second time the talented youngster has stepped onto the podium this season when he signaled his arrival on the world stage by finishing third at the Italian GP at the iconic Mugello Circuit last month.

The monumental win marks the first time a Malaysian stood on the top step of a Moto3 podium since Khairul Idham Pawi’s iconic victory at the 2016 German Grand Prix.
