"We cannot afford to make any mistake. If so we will be out of the competition.
"Every game is a tough game. We must be more careful and work hard to win," he said when met after a training session at the Gong Badak Sports Complex here.
Steinbruckner said several key players, including Croatian striker Ivan Mamut, are still unavailable due to injury issues.
He said Mamut is still undergoing the recovery process after suffering an Achilles tendon injury on his left foot during a pre-season match against Sri Pahang FC recently.
"Safawi (Muhammad Safawi Rasid), Akhyar (Rashid) and Safwan (Mazlan) will be back from national duty tomorrow (today), so we will see whether they are good to play or not," he added.
He is confident that his team, who have two wins and one draw in the Super League so far, will prevail in the match against Perak.
