NEW DELHI, Sept 10 (Bernama) -- A Malaysian chef wowed students at a Sri Lankan hotel management school with his cooking demonstration.
Chef Murad conducted a cooking show at the Sri Lanka Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management in Colombo as part of the ongoing Malaysia cuisine festival in Sri Lanka.
The students were thrilled to learn about popular dishes and techniques that are part of the food heritage of Malaysia, according to a Facebook post on Tuesday by the Malaysian High Commission in Colombo.
A Malaysian culinary experience focused on seafood is being organised at the Berjaya Hotel Colombo.
The Galle Face Hotel in collaboration with the Malaysian diplomatic mission organised a Malaysia food festival on Sept 7 to 8.
