KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 7 (Bernama) -- The Football Coaches Association of Malaysia (PJBM) is urging football coaches in the country not to miss the opportunity to attend the 2024 International Football Coaching Seminar at a hotel in Petaling Jaya, on Nov 15 and 16.
PJBM president, Datuk Ong Kim Swee, said that so far, they have received registrations from more than 100 coaches and are still open for more registrations from coaches across Malaysia.
"No participation fee will be charged, and although we have already surpassed the initial target of 100 participants, we are still accepting registrations to provide more coaches with the opportunity to join.
"This is because, besides gaining valuable insights from the seminar, participants will also earn 15 credit hours for their coaching license and receive a participation certificate," he said in a statement today.
Kim Swee said the two-day seminar will feature four experienced and professional speakers, including the Technical Director of the Japan Football Association (JFA), Masanaga Kageyama, and Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) Technical Director, Scott O'Donell.
Also included in the lineup are the Technical Director of the Mokhtar Dahari Academy (AMD) and the National Football Development Programme (NFDP), Oscar Gonzalez, and national Under-23 team fitness coach, Oscar Balaguer Cabeza.
Coaches who have not yet registered and are interested in joining the seminar can contact PJBM via email at pjbm@fam.org.my or WhatsApp at 014-3709377 (Nida).
