In education, Sultan Qaboos University climbed 92 places in global rankings, and investments in schools have expanded educational access.

Tourism and industrial sectors also reported substantial growth, while health infrastructure continues to evolve with new hospitals and facilities.

On the international front, Oman has strengthened diplomatic ties, emphasised peaceful conflict resolution, and maintained its reputation as a hub for dialogue and cooperation.

This National Day celebrates Oman’s achievements and reflects the unity and dedication of its citizens toward building a prosperous future.

Meanwhile, in MALAYSIA the celebration was marked by a grand reception attended by around 700 distinguished guests, including members of the diplomatic corps, government officials, and the Omani diaspora, at a hotel in Kuala Lumpur.

The Health Minister, Datuk Seri Dr Dzulkefly Ahmad, was the Guest of Honour at the event, which featured a vibrant showcase of Omani culture and cuisine.
