SEOUL, Dec 7 (Bernama-Yonhap) -- A motion to impeach South Korea's President Yoon Suk Yeol over his short-lived attempt to impose martial law was scrapped Saturday due to a lack of quorum, Yonhap News Agency reported.
The motion fell short of the quorum by five votes after all 192 opposition lawmakers and three lawmakers of the ruling People Power Party cast their ballots.
