ARTE CORP COLLABORATES WITH COBNB MALAYSIA FOR ITS RM460 MLN GDV PROJECT IN MONT KIARA

KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 11 (Bernama) -- Property developer Arte Corp Malaysia is partnering with COBNB Malaysia, a luxury short-term stay operator, to manage the units at its iconic RM460 million gross development value (GDV) Arte Solaris development in Mont Kiara.

In a statement today, COBNB said the collaboration will allow the company to utilise its hospitality expertise to manage the serviced apartments at Arte Solaris.

Arte Solaris is a palatial-themed development comprising 433 units of office suites and 170 units of duplex units, which is due for completion in the fourth quarter of 2026.

“We are thrilled to partner with COBNB Malaysia. Their exceptional track record in managing high-quality, short-term stays aligns perfectly with our vision to craft unique lifestyle experiences at Arte Solaris,” said Arte Corp head of sales and marketing Joan Goh.

Meanwhile, COBNB Malaysia co-founder Glenn Wong said the collaboration aimed to tap travellers who seek to experience breathtaking architecture and added that Arte Solaris represents the pinnacle of luxury.

This collaboration comes as Malaysia experiences robust growth in its tourism sector.

According to the Ministry of Tourism, Arts, and Culture Malaysia (MOTAC), the country welcomed over 15 million international visitors in 2023, contributing RM50 billion to the economy. 

With the government targeting 20 million international arrivals by 2025, initiatives under the National Tourism Policy 2020–2030 emphasize embracing smart tourism, promoting experiential travel, and positioning Malaysia as a premier destination for premium hospitality services.

Arte Solaris is strategically located in a well-developed and mature area, offering excellent accessibility.

It is conveniently connected to major highways such as the Jalan Duta-Sg Buloh Expressway (PLUS), Duta-Ulu Klang Expressway (DUKE), Sprint Expressway, New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), and the Damansara-Puchong Expressway (LDP), ensuring easy travel to and from key destinations.

Additionally, the upcoming Mass Rapid Transit 3 (MRT 3) stations in the area, including the nearby proposed Dutamas Station at KL Metropolis, will further enhance the convenience of transportation.

The future MRT 3 line is expected to add value to the property, driving future growth and rental yields.
