MOSCOW, Jan 15 (Bernama-Sputnik/RIA Novosti) -- Half of Americans support the intention of US President-elect Donald Trump to cut military aid to Ukraine and start negotiations with Russia, a poll conducted by USA Today and Suffolk University showed, reported Sputnik/RIA Novosti.
In December, Trump said that under the new US administration, Kyiv "possibly" should not expect the same amount of aid from Washington as during the presidency of Joe Biden.
At the same time, 44 per cent of respondents opposed Trump's initiatives, the report said on Tuesday.
The poll was conducted from Jan 7 to 11, with 1,000 people surveyed.
