WASHINGTON, Jan 19 (Bernama-dpa) -- TikTok was not available in the United States shortly before a ban on the short-video app was set to come into force, reported German news agency dpa.
Late on Saturday, users received a warning message stating TikTok's services were "temporarily unavailable."
"We're working to restore our service in the US as soon as possible," the message continued
