TEHRAN, March 11 (Bernama-MNA) -- Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has stressed the need for the international community to condemn criminal aggression by the United States and the Israeli regime against Iran in international forums, Mehr News Agency (MNA) reported.
President Pezeshkian received a phone call from his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin late on Tuesday to discuss bilateral cooperation and recent regional developments.
President Pezeshkian thanked Russia for its supportive stance toward Iran.
He pointed to the recent attacks by the United States and the Israeli regime on civilian infrastructure and ordinary citizens, stressing the need for the international community to condemn such heinous actions in international forums.
The two presidents exchanged views on issues of mutual interest, and emphasised the importance of continuing consultations and coordination between Tehran and Moscow at the highest levels.
