KUALA LUMPUR, March 6 (Bernama) -- Vertice Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary, Vertice Construction Sdn Bhd, has accepted a RM100 million sub-contract from Reaplite Industry Sdn Bhd (Reaplite) in relation to the Light Rail Transit 3 (LRT 3) project.
Reaplite is the main contractor for the precast viaduct for the LRT 3 line from Bandar Utama to Johan Setia.
"The works to be carried out under this sub-contract comprise the supply of labour/workers, materials, tools, equipment and machinery for the viaduct.
"The construction period shall be for approximately 24-months, commencing from today to March 5, 2021," it said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia today.
Vertice added that the sub-contract is expected to contribute positively towards the group’s earnings and net tangible assets over the duration of the contract.
