GEORGE TOWN, Aug 17 (Bernama) -- EcoWorld Malaysia set two records in the Malaysia Book of Records (MBOR) for organising the first and largest B.Duck event in the country.

B.Duck, a brand product created by Hong Kong-based design company Sëmk Products Ltd in 2005, offers merchandise ranging from household products, bath products, stationery, toys and clothing items, which has gained popularity in Hong Kong, China, Thailand, South Korea and other countries.

MBOR representatives, Edward Sin and Aaron Bong, attended the B.Duck event’s official launch to recognise the two records.

EcoWorld Divisional General Manager (Penang) Chan Soo How said the world’s largest B.Duck inflatable play land had been built at the EcoWorld Gallery, Bandar Cassia, Batu Kawan, and officially launched today.

He said the playland measured 35 meters in length, 25 meters in width and 11 meters in height.

“Themed, ‘New Lifestyle’, the B.Duck event gives us a wonderful opportunity to introduce the family-focused lifestyle offerings one can expect from living in a signature EcoWorld township,” he told the reporters, here today.

The B.Duck event will be open to the public on from Friday to Sunday and on public holidays until Sept 16.
