MIHRM, Invictus To Sign MoU For Advanced HR Practices And Leadership Programmes

KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 5 (Bernama) -- The Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management (MIHRM) will partner with consulting firm Invictus Leader Sdn Bhd to position Malaysia as a leader in innovative human resources (HR) practices. 

The organisations will sign a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on Wednesday to develop and promote advanced HR practices and leadership programmes.

"With a strong focus on foresight, regenerative strategies and a robust HR innovation ecosystem, this collaboration is expected to empower HR professionals in Malaysia to thrive in an evolving business environment," said Ravi VS, founder and chief executive officer of Invictus Leader, a consulting company with an international presence.

Invictus Leader is part of a global consulting consortium with over 30 years of expertise in strategic foresight, entrepreneurship and transformative business solutions. 

The consortium has successfully partnered with more than 15,000 companies across 42 countries, ranging from micro-enterprises to Fortune 100 corporations in the fields of oil & gas, fintech, blockchain, medical and artificial intelligence.

Known for its innovative approaches, Invictus Leader integrates foresight methodologies with regenerative principles, emphasising sustainability and long-term thinking to prioritise societal well-being and future generations in decision-making processes.

As part of their partnership, MIHRM and Invictus will establish the MIHRM and Invictus foresight learning workforce lab. 

This initiative aims to prepare HR professionals for future challenges through research, learning and development programmes grounded in regenerative principles.

The collaboration will focus on key areas such as Foresight HR, which uses strategic foresight methodologies to prepare HR professionals for future challenges, ensuring long-term sustainability and resilience in HR practices. 

Additionally, Regenerative HR will emphasise the integration of regenerative principles to create HR systems that are sustainable, restorative and adaptive to change.

The MIHRM and Invictus Foresight Learning Workforce Lab will be dedicated to researching, learning, and developing innovative HR solutions leveraging technology and foresight. 

Their collaboration will also address the development of Generation Y or millennials (people born from 1981-1996) as future leaders, tackling future HR challenges through foresight methodologies, and encouraging innovative and entrepreneurial thinking within organisations, grounded in regenerative principles for adaptability and sustainability.

MIHRM and Invictus will also tailor programmes for mid-career professionals, focusing on resilience and regenerative career pathways.
