KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 6 -- The National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN) through its Bulan Menabung Simpan SSPN 2021 (BMS 2021) campaign, has recorded RM175 million in deposits for the National Education Savings Scheme (SSPN), exceeding the target of RM110 million.
PTPTN, in a statement today said this clearly showed that more parents were aware of the importance of financial planning for their children's higher education.
It also urged parents to continue to be a 'superhero' by making early financial planning to ensure that their children get a good education.
Education plays an important role not only to produce competent human capital, but also contribute to the country's economic growth and development.
Held throughout October 2021, BMS 2021 is organised in conjunction with World Savings Day which is celebrated on Oct 31 every year.
