MELAKA, Nov 21 (Bernama) -- The National Registration Department (NRD has announced that the Melaka Tengah NRD branch will cease operations on Dec 1.
Melaka NRD in a statement said the closure of the branch was part of NRD's rationalisation process to optimise its services throughout the country.
"Following the decision, counter services will only operate until Nov 30 and any matters related to registration can be done at the State Headquarters or NRD branch at the Melaka Urban Transformation Centre (UTC) or any nearby NRD office," said the statement.
