According to MOE, the success of TMUA over the past decade is attributed to the strong collaboration between the ministry, educators, students, and the community.
“The ministry hopes that the TMUA curriculum will continue to be strengthened, producing more students who are able to make meaningful contributions to the country, in line with the country's aspirations to strengthen humane education to produce integrity-driven MADANI society.

The TMUA Decade Celebration was held on Nov 8-9, at Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Agama (SMKA) Putrajaya, and themed ‘Memartabatkan Generasi UIlul Albab, Menginspirasi MADANI’.
This celebration aims to celebrate the successful implementation of TMUA, since 2014 in three schools, and now expanded to 15 schools, which have produced a generation of hafiz who not only excel in memorising the Quran, but also in academics and critical fields, such as Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).
One of the key objectives of the celebration was to acknowledge the efforts of both teachers and students, enhance community involvement in tahfiz education, and raise awareness about the field. It also aimed to inspire the younger generation to explore tahfiz and STEM, by showcasing the career paths and success stories of TMUA icons.
The event was organised with the participation of TMUA teachers, students, and school administrators, and sought to strengthen the alumni network, empowering the future of tahfiz education in Malaysia.
The highlight of the celebration was the opening ceremony of TMUA’s decade celebration, officiated by Education Minister Fadhlina Sidek which took place yesterday.
