KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 18 (Bernama) -- OldTown White Coffee, Malaysia's largest halal-certified coffee restaurant chain, is introducing 'Wow Deals' to deliver authentic tastes and enhanced flavour profiles, providing a more satisfying dining experience.
Head of Marketing of OldTown White Coffee, Phan Tsui Suan, said that ‘Wow Deals’ is a value initiative designed to reintroduce the existing menu, including selected items with refined recipes and to showcase the OldTown White Coffee dining experience through affordable options and a variety of choices.
She said that in order to enhance the flavours and serving sizes to inspire customer happiness, OldTown White Coffee has improved the recipes for its well-known dishes like Ipoh Chicken Hor Fun and Kaya Butter Toast.
"To maintain the traditional recipe that has made OldTown White Coffee a mainstay in the kopitiam market while guaranteeing a richer and smoother flavour, we have refined our brewing process.
"These changes reflect our commitment to delivering authentic tastes, improved flavour profiles and a more fulfilling dining experience,” she said in an exclusive interview with Bernama, today.
In addition to the initiative to refresh the existing menu, Phan said OldTown White Coffee has also introduced Nasi Lemak with Crispy Chicken (Whole Leg) for lunch and dinner.
“This dish features a whole crispy chicken leg paired with our signature sambal and santan rice, with refined recipe to provide a hearty and satisfying meal.
“We are continuously exploring new ideas and will continue introducing offerings that excite and delight our customers,” she said.
According to Phan, OldTown White Coffee offers a variety of local favourites to cater to a wide range of customers with different needs in food and drinks that are suitable for families, young and old.
