PUTRAJAYA, Jan 22 (Bernama) -- The Road Transport Department’s (JPJ) MySIKAP system experienced a disruption today, causing all JPJ counter services nationwide to be interrupted.
Following this, JPJ director-general Datuk Aedy Fadly Ramli said all JPJ counter services in every state would be extended until 7 pm today.
“JPJ has taken immediate action, and system improvements are being carried out to restore operations as soon as possible,” he said in a statement.
JPJ apologises for the disruption and deeply regrets any inconvenience experienced, he added.
