Anwar Extends Aid to Family Living In Dilapidated Home

31/01/2025 07:38 PM

KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 31 (Bernama) -- Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has extended financial aid and essential supplies to the family of Nik Faizu, whose home in Kampung Chengal Lempong, Kuantan, Pahang, had fallen into disrepair.

The contribution, which included cash and a food basket, was handed over by the Prime Minister's Political Secretary, Datuk Ahmad Farhan Fauzi, to ease the family's burden.

In a Facebook post today, Ahmad Farhan said the home was no longer safe for Nik Faizu, his wife and their six children to live in comfortably.

He assured that efforts would be made to repair the house to improve their living conditions.

“Insya-Allah, the family home will be renovated for their comfort. I hope this assistance will help the family lead a more comfortable daily life,” he said.
