KUALA LUMPUR, March 18 (Bernama) -- The Ministry of Communications, through MyCreative Ventures, will host RIUH Raya Kita 2025 from March 19 to 23 at Raintree Plaza, TRX, showcasing local creative works and entrepreneurs while fostering community spirit in a vibrant festive celebration.
In a statement today, MyCreative Ventures said the event will showcase over 80 local products, 25 food and beverage vendors, 23 stage performances, and nine creative workshops, providing a dynamic platform for businesses and artistes to connect with the public.
"Visitors can explore a variety of Aidilfitri collections from renowned local brands such as Kahlo Studio, The Batik Life, Rumah Hartiqa, and Behati. The festival will also feature performances by The Impatient Sisters, Nastia, Megat Fazly, and FUGO.
“In addition, a range of interactive workshops will be available, including khat calligraphy, ketupat weaving, traditional kompang drumming, DIY raya packets and a pre-loved clothing donation drive, alongside cultural performances," the statement read, adding that more than 60,000 visitors are expected to attend.
As part of the RIUH Kita initiative, visitors can also enjoy meals starting from RM7.
"They will also have the opportunity to contribute to OneForOne, a programme that provides meals to those in need, by adding RM10 to their food and beverage purchases," it added.
