KUALA LUMPUR, July 7 (Bernama) -- KPJ Healthcare Berhad reaffirmed its position as a regional leader in patient-centred, tech-driven care by emerging as the most awarded healthcare group at the 2025 GlobalHealth Asia-Pacific (GHAPAC) Awards, held recently in Bangkok, Thailand.
In a statement today, KPJ Healthcare announced it had clinched a total of 15 awards, reinforcing its standing as a regional leader in patient-centred, technology-driven care.
KPJ Healthcare president and managing director Chin Keat Chyuan said the recognition was a testament to the dedication and teamwork spirit across the group’s network.

Held alongside the GlobalHealth Asia-Pacific Summit and Conference, the GHAPAC Awards honoured excellence in clinical innovation, healthcare service delivery and medical technology across the region.
Seven KPJ hospitals were recognised across various clinical disciplines, reinforcing the group’s leadership in specialised care and service excellence.
KPJ Tawakkal KL Specialist Hospital earned four major honours for Diagnostic Imaging Centre of the Year, Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) Service Provider of the Year, Urology Service Provider of the Year, and Brain and Spine Service Provider of the Year.
Damansara Specialist Hospital 2 picked up three key honours: Minimal Invasive Cardiac Surgery of the Year, Smart Hospital of the Year, and Cardiology Service Provider of the Year.
KPJ Damansara Specialist Hospital followed with two wins with Women’s Health & Wellness Service Provider of the Year and Paediatric Service Provider of the Year.
KPJ Kuching Specialist Hospital was named Orthopaedic Service Provider of the Year, while Ampang Puteri Specialist Hospital secured three titles: Oncology (Radiation) Service Provider of the Year, Spine Care Service Provider of the Year, and Health Screening Provider of the Year.
Johor Specialist Hospital earned the award for Oncology (Surgical) Service Provider of the Year, while KPJ Perdana Specialist Hospital was recognised as Obstetrics and Gynaecology Service Provider of the Year.
