KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 8 (Bernama) -- The Public Accounts Committee (PAC) will summon the Federal Court Chief Registrar's Office and the Ministry of Finance (MOF) to provide clarification on the e-Jamin system and the management of government vehicles under concession agreements, as highlighted in the Auditor-General’s Report (LKAN) 3/2025.
However, PAC chairman Datuk Mas Ermieyati Samsudin said the dates for the proceedings on both matters will be determined later.
“For the proceedings related to the issues in LKAN 3/2025, PAC will focus on topics identified as involving elements of misconduct, abuse of power, wastage and leakages,” she said at a press conference at the Parliament lobby today.
She said that so far this year, the committee has tabled 14 PAC Statements and plans to present four more during the third sitting of the current Dewan Rakyat session.
Meanwhile, Mas Ermieyati said PAC will conduct a working visit to review the progress of the Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) construction, with the visit date to be announced later.
