Academic Director S. Anita said the milestone highlighted Ascott Malaysia’s efforts in empowering its employees through education and skill enhancement.

“When you see the pride and sense of accomplishment on their faces as they receive their scrolls, you realise you’ve done more than just provide an education, you’ve added real value to their lives.

“For some, wearing a graduation robe once felt out of reach, and their look of disbelief is a powerful reminder that at Ascott Malaysia, dreams do come true,” she was quoted to have said in the statement.

According to the statement, in further strengthening its commitment to profesional education, Ascott Malaysia had also signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with UTMSPACE, a subsidiary of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), to jointly develop a Double Diploma Programme.

“This initiative aims to ensure that future graduates are not only academically certified but also fully equipped with real-world industry skills, bridging the gap between education and employability,” the statement said.

Meanwhile, Ascott Malaysia Country General Manager Mondi Mecja, who is also a fellow of UTMSPACE, said the collaboration further deepens the shared vision between both institutions in fostering continuous learning and excellence

“The ADI programme embodies Ascott’s enduring belief that education transforms lives and empowers individuals to achieve their highest potential. Many of these graduates represent stories of perseverance, determination, and opportunity proof that learning has no boundaries,” he said.
