KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 31 (Bernama) -- The Social Welfare Department (JKM) will continue to enhance its services, both at counters and in the field, ensuring that public welfare remains a top priority.
In a statement today, JKM said it always takes into account complaints and feedback received the delivery of its welfare services to the community.
The department expressed its commitment to looking into and taking action on all complaints and issues raised.
“Every piece of feedback from the public is greatly appreciated as it helps JKM improve the quality of its services and strengthen public trust in its role,” the statement said.
JKM also advised the public to submit any feedback on welfare cases, complaints, or enquiries, along with supporting evidence, through the official channels of the Public Complaints Management System (SiSPAA) and Talian Kasih at 15999.
Other official channels include WhatsApp at 019-2615999, email at pro_jkm@jkm.gov.my, or visiting the nearest Social Welfare offices.
