KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 2 (Bernama) -- Thunderstorms, heavy rain and strong winds are expected to hit the whole of Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya and Johor, as well as several areas in Terengganu, Pahang, Selangor, Negeri Sembilan and Sarawak up to 3 pm today.
The Malaysian Meteorological Department (MetMalaysia) said in a statement that the areas forecast to be affected in Terengganu are Kuala Nerus, Hulu Terengganu, Kuala Terengganu and Marang, while the areas set to be hit in Pahang are Kuantan, Pekan and Rompin.
In Selangor, adverse weather is forecast in Sabak Bernam, Kuala Selangor, Klang, Gombak, Petaling, Kuala Langat, Hulu Langat and Sepang, while the areas expected to be hit in Negeri Sembilan are Jelebu, Seremban and Port Dickson.
As for Sarawak, the affected areas are Betong and Mukah (Daro, Matu, Dalat and Mukah).
