KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 14 (Bernama) -- Communications Minister Datuk Fahmi Fadzil has extended his condolences to the family and friends of Astro AWANI visual editor Mohd Kusairi Ishak, who died in a road accident last night.
In a Facebook post, Fahmi expressed his deep sadness upon receiving the news.
“Let us all pray that the deceased’s soul is blessed and placed among the righteous. Al-Fatihah,” he said.
Media reports said that Mohd Kusairi, 52, was killed in a road accident near the Sungai Buloh Overpass Restaurant on the North-South Expressway (PLUS) on Saturday.
Mohd Kusairi was among the creative talents who played an important role in producing Astro AWANI’s news videos and social media content.
