KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 30 (Bernama) -- The number of evacuees in Johor and Pahang dropped, while the situation remained the same in Melaka as of 4 pm today.
In JOHOR, 82 evacuees from 26 families remain at two relief centres - Balai Raya Kampung Batu Badak and Dewan Serbaguna Kampung Tasek - this afternoon, compared to 172 people from 58 families this morning, after five relief centres closed from 2 pm.
Meanwhile in PAHANG, 81 evacuees from 21 familes remain at Balai Raya Kampung Setajam, a slight drop from 84 people from 23 families this morning.
Finally in Jasin, MELAKA, 36 people from eight families are still being sheltered at Sekolah Kebangsaan (SK) Parit Penghulu..
