Pos Malaysia Consolidates Domestic, Int’l Courier Services Under Pos Laju

09/06/2026 10:58 PM

KUALA LUMPUR, June 9 (Bernama) -- Pos Malaysia Berhad (Pos Malaysia), the national postal and parcel service provider, is consolidating its domestic and international courier services under the Pos Laju brand, as part of its ongoing transformation to better support Malaysian businesses in scaling across borders.

In a statement today, Pos Malaysia said the transformation would improve business access to delivery services and strengthen Pos Laju as a trusted single platform, offering simpler, clearer and smoother domestic and international deliveries.

“The move comes as more Malaysian businesses, particularly small and medium enterprises (SMEs), look beyond domestic markets for growth.

“As cross-border e-commerce expands, simple and reliable logistics are becoming essential for businesses entering new markets,” read the statement.

Pos Malaysia said that with over 200 years of experience connecting people and businesses locally and globally, the move also reflects the company’s next phase of transformation.

Building on this foundation, Pos Malaysia now provides access to global markets through a combination of its extensive postal and commercial delivery network, reaching up to 230 countries and territories.

It said the company also supports businesses with a full e-commerce ecosystem, with fulfilment capabilities such as storage, pick-and-pack, and integrated delivery solutions.

“This allows businesses to focus on growing their sales while Pos Malaysia manages the logistics complexity of order processing and logistics,” it said.

Commenting on the move, Pos Malaysia Group Chief Sales Officer Charles William said the consolidation is about enabling businesses not just to sell online, but to scale online.

“With Pos Laju as a single platform, we are making it much simpler for businesses to move from domestic delivery into cross-border trade, while supporting them with an end-to-end ecosystem from fulfilment to final-mile.

“Ultimately, this is about giving Malaysian businesses a clearer, more accessible pathway to go beyond borders and grow on a larger stage,” he said.

William said the rollout will be implemented progressively across digital platforms, retail outlets and business channels to ensure a seamless transition for customers.
