KOTA KINABALU, Feb 24 (Bernama) -- The government has taken proactive steps to address the flood problem by allocating RM22 billion to implement the Flood Mitigation Plan (RTB) projects nationwide, said Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.
